Over the past ten years we’ve observed Ukrainian print market developing dynamically. The GDP growth (9.4% in 2003, 4.8% in 2002) and increase of the capital available for Ukrainian entrepreneurs led to high growth of Ukrainian print industry, which nowadays is quite comparable with the European counterparts.
Today there are more than 4,000 printing companies in Ukraine, 700 distributors of printing equipment and accessories of world-known brands like Heidelberg, KBA, Man Roland, Xerox, Creo, AGFA, EskoGraphics, Muller Martini, Bobst, etc. Ukrainian printing houses spend more than $1.5 billion yearly just on paper.
Even though the market outlook is quite positive, Ukraine lacks an industry publication for the printing business. After careful analysis of the existing market conditions, ITC Publishing is excited to announce PrintWeek, a magazine licensed by British publishing house Haymarket. PrintWeek will hit the press in September 2004. The magazine enjoys weekly circulation in UK, while in Ukraine we plan a bi-weekly publication.
PrintWeek reaches the printing market. Every two weeks top-level managers and professionals of Ukrainian printing houses, publishing houses, reproduction centers, emergency printing firms and design studios will find the latest useful news on the subject, the news that will help them throughout their workday. Distributors and printing buyers are also expected to be among magazine readers.
PrintWeek offers you an effective way to reach Ukrainian market and promote your products and services.
